Phoenix’s on-site medical clinic at the main campus offers 24/7 access to non-judgmental, relationship-based care. All new participants are introduced to the health team early on to begin building trust and continuity.
Services include:
Whether someone needs routine care, a private conversation, or stabilization support, the space is set up to meet people where they are.
Health care services are available 24/7 to individuals in the Stabilization and Transitional Access Recovery (STAR) Programs and the Provincial Specialized Substance Use Treatment Programs (PSUTP). Support is also provided to residents in Recovery-Based Transitional Housing when needed, during emergencies, or to help connect with long-term, community-based care.
Every participant completes a medical assessment with nursing staff at the start of the program. Within their first week, they are also scheduled for an intake appointment with Phoenix’s Addiction Physician.
