Join our Board of Directors 

 

Serving on Phoenix’s Board of Directors is an opportunity to contribute strategic leadership and governance in support of dignity, equity, and community well-being. Board Members help guide our strategic direction, uphold our mission and values, provide financial oversight, and strengthen connections within the community. 

 

As a board member, you will: 

  • Commit approximately 5–10 hours per month 
  • Participate in at least one Board Committee 
  • Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to support strong governance and accountability 
  • Serve in a volunteer capacity (reasonable board-related expenses are reimbursed)
