The Recovery-Based Transitional Housing Program at Phoenix Centre offers up to 24-month, recovery-based transitional housing for adults 19+ who are building stability after completing substance-use treatment. The program provides a structured, substance-free living environment where residents are offered the support, resources and connection to move toward long-term wellness. Residents live in single-occupancy rooms that include a kitchen, bathroom and shower. Floors are co-ed but dedicated male-identifying and female-identifying floors are available as needed.
Case managers work with residents according to their goals, strengths, cultural preferences, and support networks. Support focuses on safety, resiliency, and connection, including peer and group activities, education and employment planning, and links to community services. Phoenix Centre is part of Phoenix’s larger recovery campus, allowing residents to access healing grounds and Elder support.
The Recovery-Based Transitional Housing Program at Phoenix Centre emphasizes choice, collaboration, and personal agency. By fostering a respectful, trauma-informed environment, the program supports residents in building confidence, strengthening community connections, and taking meaningful next steps in their recovery and wellness journey.
Phoenix Centre is located in Surrey, BC.
